IIITM Gwalior The best IIIT in country

Well this one was much awaited post from students of IIITM Gwalior who have rocked the country and the dimensions are not limited to India but have made their impact globally. In past several years we have seen many AIEEE candidates and a lot of magazines who keep publishing blah blah about various other colleges have ignored our institute.
so here is a piece of information that I feel was needed to make a lot of things clear.
A team of IPG 2003 students from IIITM Gwalior Anuj Kumar Goyal, Kunal Garg, Mohit Garg has one first prize in Open Source Software contest 2006-07 beating the best of the institutes of country like IIT Bombay and various other NIT's to see these links at bottom move your mouse button over the red colored text.

which is about code for bill (those who do not know code for bill ---it was a contest by Microsoft in year 2005-06 to select the best Engineers of country in Computer Science and Information Technology)

Now this is for the AIEEE aspirants and those who by chance visited this blog do not judge the college just by opening and closing ranks there are a lot more differences that we have created ,our senior batches and a lot of IPG people have made the difference which people have recognised.

If you want to have a striking difference IIITM Gwalior is the best institute to join. You would get an oppurtunity to live and learn with some of the best and fastest brains of the county .Living in such a place is itself a different kind of learning experience for an individual and we were the ones who were lucky to have this.

We got the full environment and freedom to learn what ever we wish and it is also a message to motivate our juniors to keep working. Apart from the academics we have organised our Techfest which have got huge appreciation and recognition from the country and the participants were not only from India but it had people from all parts of this planet a small video of the hard work and spirit of IIITM familiy

Some body pointed out in comments about the environment and infrastructure ,I would like that person to to come to our campus and see the quality of work done here .With almost zero support from any one and that makes the difference. It has been a trend in IIITM that IPG 3rd year people get top 10 ranks in GATE which is not at all mandatory for any one of us to give I specially pointed out top 10 ranks because there are a lot of people in 3rd year batch who get within 100 ranks and this trend was started by IPG 2000 batch then it continued to IPG 2001,2002,2003,2004 . So there is no question of lack of any sort of motivation or knowledge at campus the environment at the campus is extremely supportive that has made the difference.

People have seen the BullFight organised by IIITM Gwalior which was the first kind of its game in India which was started here.

We have our own Linux Campus Club where we keep developing and educating users about the Open Source concept one of the Linux users group run by IIITM Students have come on the national magazines and we people contribute .

If some one believes he is too lame to work and can not work with out excellent resources I would like to say our results speak the best . We took all the adverse conditions as oppurtunities to develop the institute and infact it is not the institute building or canteen that makes the brand

it is the students on campus and the alumni out of the institute that makes the brand .

The list of achievements goes on increasing as more and more batches keep on coming and passing out . It is for coming batches not to get discouraged often it is the last key in the bunch that opens the lock. If you don't have the key then just make one.
