Orientation Programme 2010 at IIITM

It is said, “Life is a change and success is a challenge”. IIITM presents a ceremonious event to actualize this adage into the lives of new IIITMites.

Past years, it used to be a full day event, this year it turned into a whole week induction program. Freshers get guidance cum orientation from seniors and faculty to begin their first odd semester at institute.


Now we glance over delivering of laurel presentation of the programme in the institute. The programme was continued upto four days from 20.07.2010 to 23.07.2010 among the dazzling scholars of IIITM and esteemed personalities from outdoor.

The programme started on 20th July 2010 at 10 AM. Professors, scholars and eminent personalities were seated. The auditorium was fully packed. Prof Anupam Shukla welcomed the Chief Guest Mr Afzal Sahib, IG, SAF Gwalior.
Anubhav Kakkar(IPG2009) was the anchor and organizer of the programme. The auditorium was looking very much fascinating and alarming to all to extol the presentation. The faculty members of the institute were unfolding themselves to the students. The factual report was made by IPG 2007 and presented by Ronak Dhoot.

Mr Rahul Kala gave presentation on system engineering model of ABV-IIITM. New students gave their introduction to faculty and guests.

Programme of 21^st July - 2010.

When you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are. Anything in your heart desires will come to you. These lines are true to all of us and particularly for our youth and if they aim great, am sure they will reach close to the target.

 It was 21^st July 2010, when I got a chance to visit seminar hall. The hall was fully packed by spectators and honorable personalities then was pin drop silence. I took my place in hall and visited activities the presence. Prof. S. Majomdar delivered a fiery speech in audience followed lectures by Dr. Anurag Srivastava. The speech was basically on Electrical and Electronic. The process was going on amidst that Dr. Pankaj Srivastava visited the Physics Lab. The lab was so nice it was point extolling for all. The speech and guide line was so powerful that create the zeal in the heat of spectators. I also felt very nice. All the audience welcomed those professors with clapping. All the students contemplated their mind on the cited deliverance. I found all students were very much interested to gain such knowledge. The programmed was continued near about to two hours. In the end of the programmed all were departed.
