About Workshop
The workshop has been funded by Department of Information Technology(DIT) Govt Of India has been very much in the news ever since the concept of cloud computing is surfaced.The entire web is now viewed as a virtualized platform capable of providing variety of application as service on pay-per use basis.This involves the study of different ways to share resources,economic models,pricing,mechanism,security.This event is unique of its own kind from the industry view point, sessions planned for this workshop are carefully designed so that the concept benefits and the technology related to SOA can be well understood and will help to prepare technical manpower.
About The Speaker:
The workshop emphasize more on implementation of the concepts through industry satndard tools along with the necessary theory.Hence resources person would be SOA architects software industry and CDAC.
Important Information For The Participants:
Participants are advised to register online or before July 28 2010.List of selected candidates would be displayed on the website on July 30 2010.Please visit our website (http://www.iiitm.ac.in) for details.
Selection would be based on meeting prerequisite criterias and motivation.Selected candidates would be providede return A.C III Tier sleeper class rail fare on production of proof travel in addition campus accomodation and food will be arranged.

6th to 10th September

On dated 6th Sept to 10th Sept 2010 workshop programming going to be held on. The participants will come to attend the programme from various places. The whole show will be presented on IIITM.
DAY 1: Monday 06.09.2010
Theory- Web Services Overview By Dr. K.K Pattanaik B.107 from 10:00am to 11:30am . after that tea will be serverd to all
the participants, Web Services Overveiw Dr. K.K Pattanaik B.107 from 11:45am to 1:00pm. After thatLunch will be taken by all.
Laboratory session will be held on in computer lab-1 2pm to 6 pm.
DAY 2: Tuesday 07.09.2010
Theory Laboratory- By Ms. K. Nava Jyothi_B.107
Simple Object Access_Protocol (SOAP- 9 am to 110:30 am)
After that tea will be served.
Laboratory Session will start - By Ms. K. Nava Jyothi_B.107 in computer lab-1 10:45am to 1:00 pm
Later lunch will be taken by all.
Web Services Description Language (WSDL) will be held from 2pm to 3:30 pm
Laboratory session will start by Ms. K. Nava Jyothi and Dr. K.K Pattnaik. The programme will be held in computer lab-1 from
3:30pm to 6:30pm.
DAY 3: Wednesday 08.09.2010
Theory+ Laboratory
The programme will be held in B.107 by Ms. K. Nava Jyothi . She will express her view on Universal Discription and Discovery
Integration from ( 9am to 10:30am )
After that session will start by Ms. K. Nava Jyothi and Dr. K.K Pattnaik . programme will continue from 10:45am to 1pm.
later lunch will be taken by all.
Theory+project discussion
Service Oriente Architecture (SOA) programme will be held on by Mr. Robbin Singh B.107 2pm to 3 pm.
Project Disscussion Will be overviewed By- Mr. Robbin Singh 3:15pm to 6pm
DAY 4: Thursday 09.09.2010
Theory and Laboratory
