He stared by considering recruitment like a love story where both have to make compromises and understand each other well. He told that was not about changing things, instead that was just about observing things in the environment and responding accordingly. He told that most employees get disoriented in the first 4-6 weeks of the association with the organization. He said that the mindsets needed to be changed to bring about innovation in the recruitment. He said “if employees are innovative; the recruiter needs to be innovative as well”. He said “we can innovate even in the way interviews are conducted”.
